What can be reviewed for return or exchange?

Wrong items, items with a verified manufacturing fault, or items damaged before delivery can be reviewed. Contact us promptly with your order number, photos and a description of the issue.

Hygiene-sensitive products

Swimwear, bikinis and swim diapers are hygiene-sensitive. Items that have been worn, washed, soiled, altered, or returned without original tags/hygiene protection may not be accepted. Sunscreen or other sealed personal-care items must remain unopened unless the issue is a verified defect.

Size exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size, contact us before wearing or washing the item. An exchange may be possible when the item remains in original resaleable condition and the replacement size is available. Delivery or return transport charges may apply.

How to report an issue
